Halk Bankası'nın problemi, ABD'de İran'a yönelik yaptırımları delmekle suçlanması. 2009-2015 arası, 20 milyar dolarlık fon transferi, para aklama, dolandırıcılık ve komplo iddiaları içeriyor. Erdoğan, Trump'ın "bu bizim için bitmiştir" dediğini aktardı.
